What You Need To Join
To join you must live or work within the City and County of Swansea If your employer does Payroll deduction speak to your Payroll department or ask them to contact us.
To join you will have to :
1] Open this LASA application form, complete online, print it out and sign.
2] Provide 2 separate means of identification for residence and who you are from the guide list.
3] Pay £2 to joining fee and a minimum of £1 for your first "share" If you wish to pay in regular amounts by standing order, open this standing order form, complete online, print it out and sign.
